An AF-Assist beam helps the flash find focus in dark or otherwise difficult conditions. In addition, you can tilt the flash 90°. This offers a wide range of creative possibilities. The flash can also be used in combination with other flash units, making it easy to create a multi-lamp setup. An LCD display makes it easy to adjust the settings.
The recycling time for full output takes just two seconds. Even with partially flat batteries, the recycling time is still three to four seconds. The flash's display includes battery monitoring, making it easy to check the remaining battery power. The YN565EX III is equipped with a USB interface for downloading the latest firmware from the Yongnuo website.
A YN565EX III can slave the Yongnuo YN600EX-RT and YN568EX III, as well as the Nikon SB-910, 900, 800 and 700, which operate as main units. The YN565EX III supports TTL, Manual, and Multi-flash with a high guide number of 58 meters, i.e. at close range or at a distance.
