The Valoi easy35 screws onto a macro lens that allows you to scan 35mm film with a digital camera. With the easy35, there is minimal installation, alignment or errors, as its design ensures shadowing of light, perfect alignment and firm attachment to the camera. The set comes with 280mm film spacer tubes, allowing the use of most real macro lenses on the market.
The scanning experience is built around the modular holders that allow you to quickly push through film, scan hundreds of photos per hour while keeping the film flat for professional quality. A built-in CRI 95 light source provides even, high-quality light and maintains high shutter speeds. The unit comes with the standard 35mm holder and additional holders are available for the system: 35mm film with visible gears, 50x50 slide holder and for formats 110, 126, APS and Minox.
The product does not include a digital camera or macro lens, both required to make final scans.
