The Tilta Nucleus-M Wireless Lens Control System is perfect for professional filmmakers. Tilta's affordable follow focus system stands strong in any wireless follow focus configuration.
The Nucleus-M wireless lens control system is perfect to use if you are a cameraman working with a focus puller. The focus puller works remotely with the Tilta FIZ controller to control the focus, aperture and possibly the zoom. If you are a one-man-band and you shoot from the shoulder, you can use the handles of the Nucleus-M follow focus system, which allows you to focus and control the aperture yourself and at the same time keep a firm grip on your camera.
The Tilta Nucleus-M can be used with all types of lenses. Cine lenses are already equipped with rings which can be used by follow focus systems. For photo-lenses, the Nucleus-M comes with separate adapters, which you attach to your lens. The engines and the control of the wireless follow focus system Nucleus-M work on the basis of a 2.4 Ghz wifi connection which can be used for a range of 300 metres. In the future, Tilta wants to expand the range to 2 km, so the Nucleus-M can also be used for making drone shots.
