Samyang 14mm F/2.8 AF Sony FE

The Samyang 14mm F/2.8 AF Sony FE is an ultra wide-angle prime lens with a fixed focal distance of 14mm. It features automatic focusing and is designed specifically for the popular Sony A7 series with full frame image sensor and Sony FE mount. The Samyang 14mm delivers optimal performance because the light path has been developed specifically and is matched to the unique distance between the rear glass element of the lens and the sensor of Sony cameras. The optical design of this lens includes aspherical elements that minimise aberration and unwanted light dispersion. As a result, you capture high resolution images from the center of the frame all the way to the corners. This lens is part of the first series of Samyang autofocus lenses, built on more than 40 years of leading technology, and works with both phase and contrast detection autofocus, enabling fast and accurate focusing. The lens has a sleek, minimalist design and a metal housing, which sets the tone for the build quality of the built-in internal focusing system.
