Ricoh GR III
The Ricoh GR III is equipped with a large 24.24 Megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, delivering high resolution images with little noise up to ISO 102,400. In combination with the GR Engine VI image processor, you get sharp, high resolution images. The 18.3mm lens has a maximum aperture of f/2.8, so you can still work effectively in low light. The camera also has a hotshoe where you can attach an external flash. At maximum aperture, you can capture razor-sharp macro shots with a Bokeh effect. The automatic macro function has a minimum distance of 6cm. As soon as the camera detects the distance to your subject, it switches to macro mode.
The Ricoh GR III is lightning fast, so you never have to miss a moment. The Ricoh starts up within 0.8 seconds. With the selector switch, you can quickly and easily switch between the different autofocus modes. The camera also lets you focus on specific parts of the image, enlarge them, or emphasise lines and contrasts.
The GR III features a 3.0" widescreen LCD with a 3:2 aspect ratio and over 1 million dots. Thanks to the AR coating, you get less glare and fewer reflections on the screen, so you always have a sharp view when shooting outside in bright sunlight. With the 'Outdoor View' function, you can easily adjust the brightness of the LCD.
The Ricoh GR III offers several effect modes to bring out even more of your creativity. With the effect button on the side of the body, you switch the desired effect on or off. You can also choose to add the effects later when you edit the RAW files. You can also switch ND filters on or off automatically and create composite interval shots. The camera also offers extensive automatic bracketing. This lets you select different exposure steps, or use several functions side by side, such as two different white balances or effects. When the camera battery runs out, you can charge it with the supplied USB cable or use an optional charger.
