DWARFLAB DWARF 3 Smart Telescope AP 35/150
The DWARFLAB DWARF 3 is a compact smart telescope with a 35mm lens, for anyone who loves the universe and wants to photograph it without prior knowledge or professional equipment. You set the telescope down, start the app and get going. You photograph stars, galaxies and nebulae with the press of a button.
The DWARF 3 does the work you would otherwise do by hand. It aims itself using star pattern recognition and your smartphone's GPS, and the GoTo system sends it to the chosen object. The motors keep the object in frame, even if you observe for hours. The autofocus provides the right sharpness, and with automatic stacking, many images are added together, so the object becomes clearly visible and you share the photo straight from your smartphone.
The telescope has a 35mm lens and a Sony IMX678 sensor with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, for sharp images with plenty of detail. With the dual camera system (a wide-angle and a telephoto camera), you find the target in the center of the wide-angle view, and with one click you switch between the two views. You also use the wide-angle camera as a regular camera or as a live preview of your field of view.
The DWARF 3 works both at night and during the day. As an astrophotographer, you capture the moon, the sun and deep-space objects. In nature, you observe, film and photograph birds and other animals. The neural processing unit (NPU) automatically recognizes and tracks moving subjects such as a bird or an athlete, and you zoom in with one click. Because the telescope weighs just 1.35kg, you easily take it along on a mountain hike or set it up in the garden. A tripod is not included, but the telescope has a thread for a camera tripod.
Please note: for observing the sun you always need the right solar filter. The DWARF 3 is not recommended for the moon and planets.
