The Benro SupaDupa Monopod Head is a monopod head built for heavy-duty use. The head offers a tilt range of 90° forward and 60° backward, complemented by full 360° panoramic rotation. This allows you to move freely in all directions for both photo and video productions, even in dynamic situations such as sports or wildlife photography. The maximum load capacity of 8 kg makes it suitable for heavy telephoto lenses and larger camera systems. The adjustable control knobs can be positioned to your preference, and the built-in spirit level helps you align quickly and accurately.

The head features an Arca-Swiss compatible quick release plate and a spring-loaded mechanism for 3/8" and 1/4"-20 threads, allowing you to mount it on almost any monopod or tripod without additional adapters.
