The Panasonic LUMIX G9II is the first LUMIX camera with fast, precise Phase Detection AF. With 779 focus points, the camera tracks your subject through the image very accurately. Even in conditions that are normally difficult for an AF system such as backlighting or low light, focus is still razor-sharp and lightning fast. The autofocus detection is also greatly improved and recognises people, animals and vehicles. New AI recognition technology delivers more accurate focusing in scenes with multiple people and recognises people and animals separately. The option for an extra small focus point and AF Micro Adjustments enable you to be very precise.
Combined with super-fast focusing, the extensive burst capabilities mean you won't miss a single moment of action. The electronic shutter lets you shoot up to 75 frames per second! With the enhanced buffer memory, you can shoot continuously for up to about three seconds. Even during burst shooting, the screen does not black out. Rolling-shutter effect is prevented for sharp photos without image distortion.
