The Nissin Air R Flash Receiver Nikkon is a radio receiver for the Nissin Air System (NAS) TTL flash system that allows you to fully TTL control Nissin digital flash units or original system flash units up to a distance of 30 meters. The Nissin Air System makes it possible to control a large number of Nissin flash units or suitable original brand Nikkon Flashes. Ideal for strobe photography, complex exposures, and creative flash in the studio or on location. The Nissin Air R is specially developed for use in combination with the Nissin Air 1 Commander and the NAS system. Thanks to the radio TTL flash control via the 2.4GHz frequency, you can use the Air1 and the Air R to control your TTL flash units wirelessly to work with advanced multiple wireless flash exposure in the same manner as normal TTL flash systems. Once the Nissin Air 1 is connected to the Air R, all functions are controlled directly by the Air 1 master unit. All you need to do is to select the right group: A, B or C, and set the correct channel. The control is then completely taken over by the Nissin Air 1 commander. The Nissin receiver Air R is suitable for all SLR and system cameras from Nikkon. The NAS system is in fact used with the Nikkon i-TTL and iTTL-BL flash system. It is also possible to use a Di700A or i60A as wireless TTL slave flash with original brand flash units. Of course, the Air R, in combination with the Air 1, supports functions such as flashing at the second curtain and high-speed flash synchronization. Depending on the camera model can even sync up to 1/8000 seconds! It is also possible to install firmware upgrades via the USB connector of the flash.
