Description
In collaboration with National Geographic, Bresser has released a very attractive array of instruments including this National Geographic Weather Centre. The National Geographic weather centre's radio weather station is a weather station with very good value for money. Thanks to its extensive features, this weather station offers all the options you can expect from a weather station and you are always up-to-date on the current weather conditions. The Thermo/Hygro Sensor transmits the values of the outside temperature and humidity to the weather station. The weather station displays, among other things, the current weather, the time, date, air pressure, sunrise and sunset. All information is stored in the weather centre. The installation of the sensor is easy and quick to implement. All data can be easily adjusted on the display and can be easily read thanks to the well-lit LED screen.

Watch out! Placement and maintenance of the sensor
The sensor should be placed in an area where the air can circulate freely and shielded from direct sunlight or other extreme conditions. Place the unit in a shady spot, such as under a gutter or roof. Avoid places near heat sources such as chimneys. Avoid places that capture and emit solar heat, such as metals, stones or concrete structures, footpaths, patios, etc. The most ideal place is above a natural surface, such as a lawn. The international standard altitude for measuring air temperature is 1.25 m above ground level. Also, make sure you can easily reach the sensor for cleaning and maintenance. The remote sensor needs to be cleaned weekly, as dirt and dust affect the accuracy of the sensors. The above is important to be able to claim warranty, should the sensor malfunction.
