Description
With the Sonos Sub in white, you add more bass to your existing Sonos setup. The glossy white, wireless Sonos Sub subwoofer connects to your system via WiFi or Ethernet and has a built-in extender for SONOSNet 2.0 connectivity. The Sub works with all amplified Sonos components and features two Class-D digital amplifiers that drive two force-canceling drivers designed to reduce unwanted resonance.
The two Class-D digital amplifiers of the SUB are tuned to the acoustic architecture of the compatible Sonos speakers. The two power-suppressing loudspeakers of the Sub are positioned face-to-face for improved sound with minimized resonance. The two acoustic ports are tuned to improve the performance of the Sub.
All filter settings, active equalization, and time tuning are performed digitally via DSP (Digital Signal Processing) circuits for less loss of audio quality. The system automatically adjusts the audio settings for all connected components to ensure uniform sound quality. Thanks to the wireless connection, the Sub easily connects to your WiFi home network. The Sonos Sub can stand upright or lie flat for flexible placement.
