The National Geographic Binoculars 8x42 Waterproof are comfortable roof prism binoculars with a magnification factor of 8x and a lens diameter of 42mm. This allows you to easily get closer to the most beautiful landscapes, birds, and wildlife. In addition, the full multi-coating on all lens parts ensures very clear images with high contrast, even in low-light conditions. The National Geographic 8x42 uses high-quality BAK4 prisms, which together with the multi-coating results in high-quality images. The right eyepiece is equipped with a diopter adjustment of +/- 2 and the field of view at 1000 metres is 109 metres. Thanks to a nitrogen filling, these roof binoculars are waterproof and also dirt-repellent. The body is solid and durable built and finished with a rubber surface for more grip and stability while watching. At the front, between the lenses, there is a tripod connection to which you can attach a tripod adapter. This allows you to place the viewer on a tripod so that you always have a stable image.
