The Lowepro Whistler BP 450 II AW in grey is a heavy-duty backpack that is designed to comfortably and safely carry your large mobile photo studio. The spacious main compartment has an adjustable divider system that can hold a large DSLR with a coupled 70-200 mm lens, eight extra lenses and a flash or extra lens. Users of a mirrorless camera can carry up to ten lenses, a camera, a flash unit or an extra lens, and a backup camera, and for the protection of foldable drones and their flight controllers there are two padded inserts with improved attenuation.
Access to the main compartment is provided by a rear-facing panel with zipper and an opening downwards. Along the inside of the panel with zipper is a memory card compartment and two compartments with zipper for hard disks, portable batteries, camera filters or small electronics. Separated from the main compartment by a watertight barrier, there is a compartment at the front with a drain hole. Ideal for drying wet equipment, such as a climbing helmet, shovel or ice rope. Integrated between the main compartment and the waterproof front pocket is a special cover for a 15 inch laptop. The laptop sleeve can be reached via a zippered top opening with space for books, notepads, snow glasses or clothing. The top opening has an accessory pocket for items that must be securely fastened, yet easily accessible, such as sunglasses, snacks or headphones.
The Whistler 450 AW II backpack can be worn via the built-in handle at the top or with the adjustable, padded shoulder straps. For heavy loads, the hip strap of this backpack carries weight to the hips for extra comfort. There are two straps on both sides and at the front, each of which can hold and fix a tripod, monopod or trekking pole. With its durable nylon construction, the Whistler Backpack 450 AW II is built to be weather-resistant, and features a rain cover for use during heavy rain.
