Leica D-Lux 7 Silver

The Leica D-Lux 7 is a compact camera characterized by its large sensor design, versatile lens and sleek design. The 17 MP Four Thirds MOS sensor offers impressive performance with a sensitivity range up to ISO 25600, along with a continuous recording speed of 11 fps and UHD 4K30p video recording for multimedia recording applications under different conditions. Included is a flexible DC Vario-Summilux lens that offers a 24-75 mm equivalent focal length range, along with a bright f/1.7-2.8 design for controlling the depth of field and working in difficult lighting conditions. This lens uses optical image stabilization to minimize camera shake to achieve sharper, handheld images. In addition to the features of the sensor and the lens, the camera has a travel-friendly physical design that includes both a 2.76m dot electronic viewfinder and a 3.0 inch 1.24m dot touchscreen LCD screen. The built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi work together with the Leica FOTOS app for seamless wireless sharing and remote control via a connected iOS or Android device.

A 17 MP Four Thirds MOS sensor offers remarkable resolution and the larger physical size offers a range with high sensitivity to ISO 25600, along with low noise levels and vivid colors and tonal display. The design of the sensor, with a total resolution of 21.77 MP, also supports working in multiple aspect ratios: 4:3, 3:2, 16:9 and 1:1 - while maintaining the same field of view. The sensor and image processor also enable continuous shooting with up to 11 fps and UHD 4K movie recording. The built-in DC Vario-Summilux 3.1 x zoom lens offers a 24-75mm equivalent focal length range, which covers wide-angle to portrait length focal lengths and is suitable for working in different shooting situations. Its bright f/1.7-2.8 maximum aperture range also fits with low-light operation and provides enhanced control over the depth of field. In addition, optical image stabilization minimizes camera shake to make sharper, handheld images even under difficult lighting conditions.

In addition to the versatile photo shooting modes, the D-Lux 7 also supports recording UHD 4K video at a frame rate of 30p or 24p at 100MB/s in the MP4 format. Full HD 1080p60 is also supported, as well as MP4 and AVCHD format.
