With the Ricoh FI-7600 you can scan landscape A4 documents at 100ppm/200ipm (200/300dpi). The scanner is suitable for continuous scanning because you can place up to 300 sheets at a time. This improves the efficiency when scanning a large amount of documents. In addition, this scanner can scan various types of documents, such as thin paper, plastic cards, envelopes and long pages. The Paper Picking Control feature monitors the movement of each document and controls the pressure on the paper in the paper path for smooth, uninterrupted feeding. By changing the input mode to manual/single, you can easily scan thick documents, such as two folded drawings, multi-layered receipts and envelopes. The paper path remains straight. The skew correction significantly improves the input performance and prevents missing edges in scanned images.

The paper protection function minimizes the risk of document damage and protects your important documents by detecting defects in the sound and the document length. The FI-7600 makes operating activities more efficient thanks to a wide variety of functions that increase the ease of scanning for the user. The FI-7600 is equipped with control panels on both the right and left sides of the scanner, making it easily accessible in any office and work environment. The status of the scanner can easily be checked on the LCD display on the control panel. When you enter documents, you can easily align the edges of the documents with independent side guides, even if the size of the documents varies. The alignment and storage of documents after scanning takes less time and effort thanks to the side guides. These prevent scanned documents from being unevenly stacked or aligned.

The PaperStream IP scanner driver supports TWAIN/ISIS and saves you the trouble of adjusting the settings for the OCR process. The driver automatically converts the images into exceptionally clear images for even faster OCR, even when scanning wrinkled/dirty documents or documents with a background pattern. Thanks to the intuitive interface, PaperStream Capture enables you to incorporate effective and efficient paper-based information into your organization's workflow via various batch scanning functions.
