Description
The FLIR Breach Thermal Imaging Camera passively detects the thermal Features of objects and allows the user to recognize suspects, intruders, wild animals and other warm objects in total darkness. Moreover, you can look through the thermal imaging through smoke, mist and light foliage. To provide a penetrating thermal vision, FLIR has equipped the device with their Boson VOx microbolometer, with a resolution of 320 x 256 pixels, long-wave infrared sensitivity and a refresh rate of 60 Hz.
Using internal electronics and a 1280 x 960 Quad-VGA FLCO display, you can view or save high-contrast images and enhance them with FLIR's own Digital Detail Enhancement feature with seven color palettes to choose from. To improve your viewing experience, the device offers a 1-4x digital zoom lens and a short focal distance of 25 cm. You can store up to 1000 photos or 2.5 hours of video in the internal memory and transfer them to your computer later via the built-in USB Type-C port.
To ensure functionality wherever you go, the lightweight (210 grams) and durable polymer housing is water-resistant (in accordance with IP67) and shock-resistant. The device also offers a wide rubber eyecup with wings for comfortable contact with your face and to prevent leakage of light. On the right side you will find a short mounting rail, compatible with many optional FLIR adapters, to attach the monocular to headgear or firearms. At the top it has a control panel with buttons and a CR-123A battery compartment with a attached cap.
