The DJI Care Renewal Card 1-Year Subscription Air2S, offers two replacement units for a small additional cost in one year and covers a wide range of accidents.
Please note that:
1. DJI Care recurrence (1-year subscription) can be tied to a previously purchased DJI aircraft if it meets one of the following criteria:
- brand-new and unactivated aircraft;
- Aircraft activated in the last 48 hours.
2. After DJI Care Replay is purchased, your service agreement will be emailed to DJI Care recurrence, and is automatically tied to your product and takes effect within 24 hours.
3. DJI Care Replay and associated product must be purchased in the same country or region as DJI Care Replay benefits are only eligible in the region in which it was purchased.
4. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. You can request a replacement a maximum of two times in one year. The first replacement for the Air2S costs €119 and the second replacement €149.
5. The Care repeat service includes DJI Flyaway Coverage. If a flight incident occurs (when your drone gets lost while flying), you pay the associated service fee to get a replacement product quickly. In this case, it costs €499 to request a replacement device. This service covers 1 flyaway. To use the Flyaway cover, you must activate it first. 6. The shipping costs for returning your product for a replacement service are fully covered by DJI.
