The DJI Mavic Air 2 is a compact but powerful drone, equipped with a 48 megapixel camera and 1/2" CMOS sensor with Quad Bayer technology. This allows you to enjoy a higher dynamic range and better colour reproduction. You shoot videos in 4K (3840x2160) with a maximum of 60 frames per second. Extreme slow motion images, with no less than 240 frames per second, are shot in Full HD (1920x1080). There is also the possibility to make Hyperlapse videos in 8K. Thanks to the 3-axis stabilisation, your images look very sleek and professional. The camera has a lens with a focal length of 24 mm (in 35 mm equivalent), giving you a viewing angle of 84°.

You can fly for as long as 34 minutes on a full battery. That is 13 minutes more than with its predecessor, the first Mavic Air. You can achieve a maximum speed of 19 m/s, or 68 km/h. The maximum ascent speed is 4 m/s (14.4 km/h). You can fly up to 5000 meters above sea level with the drone. You can even fly over the top of Mont Blanc! You start a rapid descent with a maximum of 5 m/s (18 km/h).

You control the DJI Mavic Air 2 with the remote control and the DJI Go app. You place your smartphone in the holder of the remote control for a direct connection with the camera of your drone. The drone can be operated up to a distance of 6 km (CE). For safety, it is equipped with Advanced Pilot Assistance Systems 3.0 (APAS), which allows the drone to avoid obstacles on its own.
