The Olympus OM-D E-M1X is the successor to the Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II. The camera is designed to meet the needs of professional users for reliability, speed, precision and image quality. Despite this, the OM-D E-M1X remains compact and light. The OM-D E-M1X underlines the potential of the Micro Four Thirds sensor format. The camera has a robust housing with an integrated vertical grip for maximum reliability and usability. Thanks to the two TruePic VIII image processors, the camera has a fast response speed. The OM-D E-M1X is a powerful camera with an attractive mix of impressive features and portability. 

This mirrorless camera, with which you can take both photos and 4K videos, is packed with technology. For example, it features a 20.4 megapixel Live MOS sensor. This ensures rich radiance and enhanced image quality. Combined with the Dual TruePic VIII High-Speed image processor and advanced 5-axis image stabilisation, it delivers the power for unprecedented autofocus speed and superlative image quality. The E-M1X offers AF and AE tracking & locking; in Single AF mode at 60fps and in Continuous AF mode up to 18fps. 

The renowned OM-D weather tightness has been taken to a higher level with the E-M1X. It is possible to continue shooting in the most extreme weather conditions. Even when connected to a remote, microphone or headphones, the camera remains dust, splash and frost resistant. This ensures the E-M1X remains one of the most durable and reliable cameras on the market. 

The built-in battery grip is a first with the E-M1X. Thanks to this battery grip, you can take up to 2580 photos with the E-M1X on just one battery charge! Because the battery grip is built-in, you do not have the extra weight of an external battery grip. It is also possible to connect a power bank to the camera via a USB-C cable. So you can charge your camera anywhere! In addition, the E-M1X also has a vertical handle. This gives you the same convenience vertically as when using the camera horizontally. At the back, there is a multi-selection joystick via which you can move the focus points very quickly.

Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 7-14 mm f/2.8 PRO

A versatile wide-angle zoom for Micro Four Thirds system cameras. The M.ZUIKO Digital ED 7-14 mm F/2.8 PRO Lens from Olympus has a 35 mm equivalent focal length of 14-28 mm. Together with a constant F/2.8 aperture, this lens ensures consistent performance throughout the zoom range. Several aspherical, extra-low dispersion and high refractive index elements are incorporated into the design, helping you to reduce chromatic aberrations and distortions for increased clarity and sharpness. In addition, a ZERO coating has been applied to the elements to control flare and ghosting for improved contrast and colour reproduction. A weather-resistant design allows you to work in a variety of conditions, while an L-Fn button gives the lens control over various settings. As a fast, high-performance wide-angle zoom, this Micro Four Thirds lens is an optimized optical layout with refined physical data to excel in a variety of conditions.

Complementing the performance is a high-speed imager AF system that provides fast, smooth and quiet focusing. The Film and Still Image Compatible (MSC) designation also makes this lens suitable for use with fast-moving subjects and video. A manual focus mechanism can also be used for selective control of focus, which is accentuated by a rounded seven-blade diaphragm for more aesthetic out-of-focus areas.
