These are uncertain times, and they are affecting us all. Therefore, we’d like to inform you on how Photospecialist is handling the situation.

First of all, our appreciation and admiration goes out to everyone who takes care of each other in these times. Whether this is at home or at work. Health is the most important thing at the moment and that’s why, at Photospecialist, we put the wellbeing of our colleagues and customers first. To ensure everyone’s safety, we carefully observe the guidelines of the government and the NHS.

We’d like to inform you about how we can continue to provide you with the best possible service in our superstores and at Photospecialist.com. Despite the current situation, we think that creating images (both in and around the house), image editing, putting together photo albums, and attending courses will still give you some please.

Online shopping

Here, you have access to all our online products and your order will be safely delivered to your home.

  • Delivery personnel will deliver your order to your doorstep, they will not shake hands, and might ask for permission to sign for you.
  • Delivery personnel will deliver your order to your doorstep, but will remain at a 1.5 metres distance (or as far as possible).
  • Delivery personnel will not shake hands and will make sure that there is no direct contact with the customer.
  • Because of COVID19, it may happen that your order is delayed. We ask for your understanding.

Shipping

We advise you to not fill in a company address as your delivery address, due to the custom delivery restrictions around COVID19.

UPS Deliveries

UPS shipments may be delayed due to an increase in volume. Customers can check their package status at UPS.com with their Track & Trace code. Please keep in mind that non-essential retail locations will remain closed for the time being. This includes certain UPS Access Points.

Yes, you can still place your order online. Your package will be delivered as normal.
The delivery personnel will deliver your order to your doorstep, but they will keep a distance of 1.5 meters so that there is no direct contact with you. Returns are only possible directly to our Headquarters. The standard return period is 14 days, however, at the moment, we’ll allow some leniency because of the strict government measures.
