Neck Straps page 12

Portability and comfort

On a tour of the sights of a city or a walk through nature, you want to be able to take a quick photo whenever the right moment arises. In addition, you would like to have the comfort of not holding the camera in your hand all the time. A neck strap offers the solution, as the portability of your camera improves and you can still take a photo quickly. The ends of the strap can be attached to the camera and the length can be adjusted in almost all cases. The soft strap can be made of different materials (eg. acrylic, leather) and offers protection against abrasion and impact in all cases.

Stylish and sturdy strap

Neck straps are available in many designs and sizes. What is paramount is that the straps are sturdy and don't cause irritation while carrying a camera. The carrying weight of neck straps of, for example, Artisan & Artist and Imo is up to 50kg so the straps are therefore suitable for heavy single-lens reflex cameras with large lenses. An additional advantage of a neck strap is that they come in the most diverse designs. Bold colours, stylish prints and fashionable materials make the straps an expression of your personality and photography style. In addition to the brands already mentioned, 4VDesign and Leica manufacture neck straps in style.
