The Cognisys Scout Trail Monitoring System Base is a robust, weatherproof camera trapping sensor. The Scout receiver lasts 100 days on 6 AA batteries. The Scout transmitter and receiver use a modulated IR beam to detect subjects and filter nuisance triggers from changes in ambient light and rain. The Scout features a 4-line display for super easy installation - everything can be configured via the menu-driven 4-button interface. No guess work is required and there are no DIP switches. The alignment function ensures fast sensor alignment.
This set comes with a Sony VPR1 cable to connect your Sony camera. The following Sony models are compatible:
- A58, NEX-3NL, A7, A7III, A7R, A7RII, A7RIII, A7SII, A9, A3000, A6000, HX300, RX100 II, RX10 IV
