With the Canon EOS C700 EF camcorder you get a camera which meets today’s 4K HDR video production requirements.
The Canon EOS C700 EF is suitable for more than 70 interchangeable EF lenses making the use of Canon's Dual Pixel CMOS AF technology possible. It is equipped with a Super 35mm 4.5k sensor with a very large dynamic range and Dual Pixel CMOS AF technology for fast and accurate focusing. In addition to supporting the XF AVC2 recording format, the C700 EF also provides support for Apple ProRes.
You do not have to be amazed that the C700 EF is able to record 4K footage with 60p. For fast and direct processing of the recordings, the videos are stored in XF-AVC and / or Apple's ProRes format. The files are saved to CFast 2.0 memory cards. Additionally, the RAW image is possible as well. To do this, simply use Canon's optional Codex Digital Recorder that can be attached to the back of the camera.

Most of the basic functions can be found through the six buttons around the screen. Other advanced settings can be found by simply making use of the relevant selection knobs and push buttons. The side panel includes numerous input or output capabilities for virtually any application.
