Discover the next generation high-quality cinema cameras with the Canon Cinema EOS C400. This RF-mounted 6K full frame video camera is both powerful and versatile. It features a BSI (Back Side Illuminated) sensor, familiar from the Canon EOS R3. All connections are behind the light-sensitive surface which ensures maximum light output and fantastic noise reduction. The dynamic range of 16 stops and advanced Triple Base ISO system also contribute to the C400's superb image quality. By choosing the best-fit Base ISO for each light situation (800/3200/12800), you shoot beautiful images even in low-light.

The Canon Cinema EOS C400 incorporates the latest Dual pixel CMOS AF II for extremely fast autofocus. In it, the entire focus area is taken to the absolute edges of the frame. Thanks to the Eye, Face, Head and Body AF profiles, the focus always stays on your subject. Is it momentarily out of focus? Then the focus remains without the camera searching. In addition, you can also set the focus speed.

With the EOS C400, film in 6K at 60fps. Shoot up to 120fps in 4K (oversampled from 6K) while maintaining autofocus or 180fps in 2K. The camera features 4:2:2 10-bit video including the new XF-HEVC S and XF-AVC S (MP4) codec for the best, fastest file transfer.

The C400 is equipped with all the necessary connections. Use it for film, (live) ENG and now virtual purposes. The camera features include two tally lights, multi function 21-pin hotshoe, 12G-SDI connection, XLR, DIN, HDMI, USB-C, Ethernet and WiFi. The camera features Genlock and is compatible with remote controlling, e.g. useful if you want to control two camera simultaneously.

The RF mount makes the camera extra versatile. The wide range of lenses, each with specific properties, allows you to create the perfect combination for any scene. As the camera and lens work seamlessly together, you benefit from the best of both worlds. For example, combine the image stabilisation of the camera and lens for smooth handheld images. In addition, the EOS C400 is also compatible with the Canon PL-RF adapter, allowing you to use PL lenses on this camera too. This without any loss of metadata.
